Worship at The Pointe

Made to worship. Built to serve.

Worship is the heartbeat of a weekend at The Pointe. Behind every song is a team of volunteers — singers, musicians, and production — using their gifts to help our church meet with God. If that stirs something in you, there's a place for you here.

Why we do it

It's not a performance. It's an offering.

Our aim every weekend is simple: help people take their eyes off themselves and put them on Jesus. Excellence matters to us — not to impress anyone, but because God is worth our best and our church deserves a clear, distraction-free path into His presence.

“Worship is not the songs. It's what happens in a room full of people who have decided God is worth it.” The heart behind our team
The team

It takes a lot of hands.

Every weekend of worship is built by volunteers using very different gifts. Here's where people serve — and where you might fit.

Vocals

Lead and background vocalists who carry the melody and help the whole room find its voice. If you love to sing, this is home.

Band & Musicians

Acoustic and electric guitar, bass, keys, and drums. If you play — at any level you're ready to grow from — we'd love to hear from you.

Production & Tech

Audio, lighting, cameras, and lyrics on the screen. The unseen team that makes worship happen — no music experience required, just a heart to serve.

What serving looks like

A rhythm, not a burden.

Serving on the team is meant to fit your life, not overwhelm it. You'll rehearse with your team, serve on a schedule you can count on, and grow alongside people who love Jesus and love doing this together.

  • It starts with a short conversation — not a perfect audition tape.
  • We'll learn your gifts and find the right spot for you.
  • You serve on a set schedule, with rehearsal, so you're never guessing.
  • You grow — spiritually and in your craft — with a team around you.
Your next step

Come and be a part of the team.

Tell us a little about you and how you'd love to serve — vocals, an instrument, or production — and someone from our worship team will reach out to take the next step together.
